Human Presence AI™ Framework (HPAF)
Our patent-pending governance runtime (PCT/US25/55066 & PCT/US25/55068) with open-source reference components. HPAF enforces safety rules at runtime, produces complete and transparent audit logs, and keeps a human in the loop by architecture — and it can be licensed to power your product.

Whose presence is this AI extending?
EIGHT24 FAMILY PRESENCE
And are we protecting it faithfully? Eight24 Family Presence is a governed AI persona derived from a real family member — carrying their voice, warmth and values — so a daughter's or son's daily presence reaches a parent living alone. Not an anonymous companion. Your own family.
Why EIGHT24?
Deep human expertise, delivered through technology.
Over two decades of developing people in educational institutions, multinational companies, and non-profit humanitarian agencies across more than fifteen countries.
We build and prove. We teach and widen access.
Eight24 Technologies builds and proves; Eight24 Academy teaches and widens access. The outcomes Academy generates in the field become the proof that wins Technologies its commercial work — one flywheel, two engines, the same goal: capability that lasts.

Who We Are
Built Different — By Design
Eight24 is not a typical AI company. We are a hybrid organization — a for-profit company with a nonprofit sibling — structured this way deliberately, because we believe the architecture of a company shapes the products it builds.
We chose the hard path: building governance infrastructure before building for growth, pursuing structural trust before pursuing scale, and organizing our entire technical architecture around a single question: whose presence is this AI extending, and are we protecting it faithfully?
Our team brings together expertise in AI governance, child safeguarding, educational technology, and policy — united by the conviction that the best AI products are ones that make human relationships stronger, not thinner.
